The heart of palm is very versatile. From appetizers, salads, main dishes, to even desserts, the heart of palm would make a great addition to any. You can add palm heart to soups, stuffing, or even stuff the heart with your favorite seafood. Add palm heart to sushi for that extra crunch, or use it as an alternative to bamboo shoots. Try topping a salad with the palm heart, or incorporating them into your stir-fry. They are also great for Mediterranean and Pacific Rim cuisines as well.
